这并不是一家效果图公司

稍微见过一点儿效果图的人，就会知道MIR.。这家在挪威卑尔根的小公司依靠7年的坚持，实在地践行了“酒香不怕巷子深”的中华优秀传统美德。如果看这篇文章的小伙伴没见过他们的图也不要紧，我们先吹一波。

MIR.是个一直都不太大的公司，网上能搜到一篇他们在2010年前后的访谈，由于创始人逼格的门槛，导致他们招人的时候也非常苛刻。MIR.的官网上一直都没几个人，而且白大褂的集体照换得比他们的作品还勤，画风清奇~

最后这张里的13个人就是他们目前的成员。最前面那俩大哥是创始人，左手边的叫Trond Greve，MIR.是他2010年上学的时候开的，官网说他平时看看书，钓钓鱼，登登山。右手边的光头叫Mats Andersen，他的爱好就有点儿高端了：平时改他那辆阿尔法罗密欧的老爷车，并且对提升单圈赛道成绩矢志不渝。如果你很爱好效果图，在全球各大建筑视觉表现的论坛上，总能看到他俩的名字。

Zaha在2015年中过一个台湾的标，淡江大桥，专业术语是“将成为世界上最长的单塔不对称斜拉桥”，设计团队找了两家效果图公司来作图，MIR. 和 Visual Arch，后者在捷克布拉格，官网很调皮，表示只给北欧设计公司服务。

小时候姥姥教育我：不怕不识货，就怕货比货。这俩公司谁厉害就不用啰嗦了，但问题是，MIR.为啥能跟Visual Arch的区别这么大？

如果你有兴趣的话，可以给MIR.的booking邮箱发封邮件，有点儿诚意请他们画效果图的话，MIR.基本上会回你两个事：

2. MIR一般不接受业主指定的角度！不！接！受！这个特点很值得聊，回想一下你盯的效果图角度是谁定的就知道差别了。这不仅体现了角度对于最终效果的重要作用，而且也体现了大部分公司选的角度MIR.看不上，或者也可以反过来说：建筑都能找到漂亮的角度，尤其是带上配景和气氛之后。比如下面这些：

而且，角度与MIR.的工作流程也有直接关系：收到模型和甲方要求之后，MIR.会先组织同事找不同的初始角度然后画概念草图（有点儿像ILM等影视特效公司），对比不同草图的效果和氛围之后再动手，这和绝大部分效果图公司的工作流程非常不一样，使得这些MIR的成果坚强地贯彻了公司的审美倾向。

3. 鸟瞰图 必须 提供航拍照片或详细的周边3D配景模型，足见配景对于鸟瞰整体效果的作用。

4. 价格。经常代购的你一定对欧元和人民币的汇率不会太陌生：只画一张的话4600欧，5张及以上的优惠力度最大，3700欧每张。这个价格是beauty & the bit, A2studio, Brick visual等一众欧洲公司的两倍，是国内普遍价格的几倍大家可以自己算。结合上面的三个特点，当项目给MIR的图太少的时候，就很难允许MIR随意发挥：万一方案做得太丑，MIR.给找了个特别局部的角度恨不得只表现配景，那就尴尬了。但反过来说，MIR.对待表现图纸的态度，往往比甲方要来得认真很多，从这种层面上讲，MIR.并不像是在画效果图，更像是基于业主的提资进行二次艺术创作。

这个项目是2014年底的时候，古根海姆基金会在芬兰赫尔辛基召开的美术馆竞赛中的一个方案，这个项目还有个自己的网站，全球大概1500 作品，不中的话肯定没有保底费，而且我印象里中标的也不是上面的这个方案，Asif Khan事务所做的。但前两天我在dezeen上看到这个项目的一篇新闻，据说赫尔辛基的政府部门又把中标方案给否决了，这种公建项目能落成真是不易。这张图MIR.起的名字是：Catching the light

这个项目刚刚落成，但这张图MIR画了可有日子了。旧金山SFMOMA博物馆，前面的房子非常出名，是博塔做的，Snohetta在后面设计了二期。建成效果对第二张图细部放大图的还原度超高。MIR.官网上还给这张图起了个名：botta 2.0

SOM做的，帝都望京保利国际广场，这张图是MIR.在开业的那年画的。MIR.官网上的名字叫：Mad Man

陆总Link-Arc做的，米兰世博会中国馆，这个我就不多介绍了。

这个很有趣，柏林出版集团的投标，前一张是MIR.画的，后一张是beauty & the bit画的。我之前有一期介绍过这张图，BIG做的方案，最终OMA中的标。

看球的小伙伴们不需要我介绍这个房子，西班牙鬼才Ricardo Bofill的方案，巴萨主场诺坎普。MIR.官网起的名字很调皮：Candy.

瑞典诺贝尔基金会总部，3XN的方案。但可惜最终他们没能中标，中标的是David Chipperfield. 其实MIR也不是没有套路的，只不过别的公司都抄不像，比如第二张图，MIR.就用过不止一次：

BIG做的天津滨海新区于家堡SOM规划之中的最高楼，后来方案改了，再后来就没音讯了。

3XN的瑞典银行，2010年做的图，2014年落成，第二张是实景。

回应开头的那句话，某种程度上，把MIR.定义成效果图公司是不太准确的，通过开创新的角度方向以及新的情绪语汇，氛围的美感和画面的故事性往往能赋予建筑本体在图面叙事上的新生。MIR.很少有浓妆艳抹的图，但克制的色调却带来了有如静水流深一般的语意传递效果。

别人画的是效果图，MIR.画的是作品。

I work with Volunteers for Wildlife, a rescue and education organization at Bailey Arboretum in Locust Valley. Trying to help injured, displaced or sick creatures can be heartbreaking; survival is never certain. However, when it works, it is simply beautiful.

I got a rescue call from a woman in Muttontown. She had found a young owl(猫头鹰) on the ground. When I arrived, I saw a 2-to 3-week-old owl. It had already been placed in a carrier for safety.

I examined the chick(雏鸟) and it seemed fine. If I could locate the nest, I might have been able to put it back, but no luck. My next work was to construct a nest and anchor it in a tree.

The homeowner was very helpful. A wire basket was found. I put some pine branches into the basket to make this nest safe and comfortable. I placed the chick in the nest, and it quickly calmed down.

Now all that was needed were the parents, but they were absent. I gave the homeowner a recording of the hunger screams of owl chicks. These advertise the presence of chicks to adults; they might also encourage our chick to start calling as well. I gave the owner as much information as possible and headed home to see what news the night might bring.

A nervous night to be sure, but sometimes the spirits of nature smile on us all! The homeowner called to say that the parents had responded to the recordings. I drove over and saw the chick in the nest looking healthy and active. And it was accompanied in the nest by the greatest sight of all — LUNCH! The parents had done their duty and would probably continue to do so.
